From comprehensive services to tailor-made services: The individual needs of the ski area are targeted in collaboration with the operator to determine the best maintenance and service offerings. The services are performed by a team of technicians and specialists from MYNEIGE.
To make the Service experience more friendly and efficient for operators, MYNEIGE appoints a "Primary Contact Person." for each service project. This primary contact person, is very familiar with the installation of the operator; and is able to treat or dispatch all the questions or issues the operator may have.
This allows service teams to be quickly deployed to a customer’site.
