External mix snow producer, with latest generation nucleation

Based on the Rubis technology, the Rubis Evolution snow producers provides optimum operating characteristics, particularly in terms of starting temperature, operating pressure and energy ratio.

Equipped with a latest generation nucleation, the Rubis Evolution offers the highest quality snow. In addition, the shape of the head makes it very insensitive to wind or frost risk. The operating features of the Rubis make it one of the most powerful snow producers of market in terms of energy consumption and air / water raio.

The Rubis Evolution are designed to sustain operation pressure of 100 bar (NP100), with heights of 6 & 10 meters. A standalone version with a 4kW compressor and control panel is available, also at 6 meters and 10 meters high, the Standalone Rubis RA6 Evo and RA10 Evo.

Mobilys MRA6

A mobile vesrion of the Rubis, the Mobilys MRA6, on a lightweigh and compact chassis equipped with wheels and sliders is availabe also. The MRA6 offers a true solution to issues of mobility with the performances of a Rubis Evolution at 6 meters: 4 kW of powerand only 30 m3/h of air consumption.

Documented and measured performances

The production performances of Rubis Evolution at 6 meters were measured and compared to other snow producers available on the market, including fans snow producers, during the tests conducted in Sweden in 2011. The R6 Evo posted one of the best energy performances with 0.69 kWh per m3 of snow produced, against 1.37 kWh/m3 snow for a standard fan snow producer!
